These commands are meant to operate on Contour Plots. They have, however, a similar effect when other plot modes are in use. An equivalent of the first shortcut is also found inside the dialog Format > Axes & Scales. Equivalents of the other shortcuts are found inside the dialog Format > Levels & Colors.
